About three thousand years ago during the late Western Zhou Dynasty, Shi Bo, a Chinese philosopher and historiographer, proposed the idea that harmonious living things will never succeed if they are the same. He believed that with communication and integration, all things can prosper and coexist. We believe that culture and aesthetics possess their own vitality, which can only thrive through openness and mutual exchange. The jewelry pieces showcased in this special exhibition draw their creative inspiration from classical Chinese cultural heritage. From design styles and craftsmanship to target audiences, they embody a modern spirit. In an era of deep integration between Eastern and Western cultures, we aims to present, through these pieces, the Chinese spirit and global vision behind modern Eastern high-end jewellery.
As we were naming the exhibition, we drew inspiration from two of the most famous jewels in Chinese history, Mr. He's Jade and the Marquis of Sui's Pearl, and the priceless beauty they represent. Eternal Elegance of HE not only represents the eternal beauty of precious jewels, but also their enduring legacy and cultural legacy.
